1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using @reach (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by floatengineering ("we", "us").
2. Description of the Service
@reach is an operations tool for Threads (by Meta) that lets you schedule posts, automatically reply to comments on your own posts based on rules you configure, and view analytics about your account. The Service uses the official Threads API and requires you to connect your Threads account via Meta's OAuth flow.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may only connect Threads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful content, including via auto-reply rules;
- violate Meta's Terms of Service, the Threads API terms, or any applicable platform policies;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it by means other than the provided interfaces;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our consent.
We may suspend or disable rules, connected accounts, or your access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or risks the integrity of the Service or the Threads platform.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before purchase.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Additional connected accounts beyond those included in your plan may incur per-seat charges, which are prorated and synced automatically when you connect or disconnect accounts.
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service depends on the Threads API operated by Meta. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability of the Threads API, changes to its functionality or rate limits, or actions Meta takes against your Threads account (including restrictions or suspensions). Automated posting carries inherent platform risk; you use auto-reply and scheduling features at your own discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service and its software. You retain all rights to the content you create and post through the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page, which cancels your subscription and permanently deletes your data. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
